Sometimes I wonder why are there still people hurt us even you’ve already given them you’re everything. You give all your trust and love to the most important person of your life. Yet, you still get hurt in return and the worst is they left you alone. You felt tired of crying but still you, yourself don’t want to take a step to move on. You keep on waiting that someday, they will go back into your arms…even you know it will no longer happen. Sometimes it is not who you deserve, it is about who you want. Front door. This one’s easy. Up the stairs right in front of you. Take a left at the top of the stairs, take another sharp left and go straight down the hall. Turn left and there it is. The big, sunlit room that was mine for most of my childhood. The bro’s and I did switch off on occasion, because I had the bigger, sunny room in the front of the house and they had the tiny room in back with bunk beds and it had positively no sun and it felt like a tomb most times. They were jealous, so we switched. Which was fine by me, because all that sun was too much for me at times and the dark smallness of their room suited me better sometimes too. There are so many ways on how to make money. Like looking for a job that in lines with the profession they have, others may try doing business, and others make use of their talents and skills. But my mind is speeding out of control. I have so many interests and want to share them with others. I love to blog. It is a way for me to release what I have been feeling and great to get other people’s perspective on it. I have heard many times about bloggerwave as one way to earn some extra money. Many times in our lives we are dropped and crumpled into the dirt by the decisions we make and the circumstances that come our way. We feel as though we are worthless. But no matter what happened or what will happen, you will never lose your value. Dirty or clean, crumpled or finely creased, you’re still priceless to those who love you. The worth of our lives comes not in what we do or who we know, but by who we really are. Pain and sorrow go hand and hand with true love for love is never ideal but real. So don’t even wonder what heartaches are for…when it hurts, it is real.

For a long time now. I’ve been asking myself, where does love go after someone breaks up with you? Why suddenly we feel tired of loving that person? Why we cannot offer even friendship? And I found the answer. Many may think I’m stupid not to know but the answer is simple. Because one expects something to return when they give love away and we don’t get what we expect. We feel tired or even give up. Many have said that love is not selfish, but really it is. It always has been, it is always be.

I always ran out of words each time I visit this blog. hehehe…

I just cried and I don’t know why. Maybe I’m a little bit insane now.

I would love to hear what other people think about what women need. There is a huge mountain of nonsense out there about what women allegedly want (a man with a list of certain attributes, usually). But what is it that a woman needs to become a mature, fulfilled woman - independent of family, partners and children? I ask that particular question not with any feminist intent, but to try and get to the very heart of this issue. After all, there have been, and will be, many mature, fulfilled women who never raised a family.

This week is really a bad week for me. I wanted it to be fine just like my usual days… But it is so frustrating that I have spontaneous bad days!!! Last Monday, I cleaned my bedroom. And it so happen that there’s a water pump machine inside my room that needs to be pulled out. And the guy who took it left my room very messy again! Then last Tuesday, I was about to fetch my friend who came from Davao. And suddenly, a policeman came after me. He insisted that I committed violation and told me that I was jaywalking!!! Ggggrrrrr!!!! Good for me that I was able to bring enough money to pay for the fine. If I wasn’t able to pay that, for sure everyone’s gonna laugh at me inside their jail bus!!! Month of April is nearly coming and summer 2008 is fast approaching. Weeks from now, I’ll be probably back to our hometown again. I miss our place so much but I’m afraid to leave Cebu. I wanna stay here until I finish my course. I don’t wanna go home without a big achievement. I just want to have a vacation there in Davao City. I just want to meet my family and my friends. And I need to meet my ex boyfriend as well to put a final end in our relationship. We haven’t talk in personal when I broke up with him. Hopefully, I can move on totally after I’ll meet him. That’s my mission when I got there in my hometown.

I’m single once again. And will be for some time. I think it’s best for me to be single for a while right now, just for me. And not like single where I hook up with boys left and right, I don’t do that. I’m a relationship girl. But I need to be single, to find out more about myself and to recultivate existing friendships.

I am naturally pretty open minded and I make a point to always try and see another person’s point of view or at the very least understand that I might never understand what led them to do the things they do. As far as morality I believe people should try to be kind to other people. Other than that I could care less how someone lives their life, I enjoy the freedom to live mine how I choose.

It’s been 2 years and four months since I left our hometown and stayed here in Cebu. My family were now deciding if I’m going to continue my studies back in Davao. They still need to think over what is best for me. Well honestly, I want to finish my studies here in Cebu. If I’m going to transfer again in another school, it would take a longer time for me to graduate. I love the course that I’m taking now, Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science or know as MEDTECH. I have an anticipation that there is a chance that I’ll be shifting to another course if I’ll study in Davao. I know MEDTECH is very much expensive (especially in Davao) and my parents can’t help me to support with such big amount of money. I want to stay here because medical schools here offers tuition lesser than the med schools in Davao. And I can probably finish my course not more than two years. Read the rest of this entry »

I am bothered by my memories. Not exactly all of them, but that I am forgetting some of the ones from my childhood. I can only remember certain ages, peoples names, certain events, but so much in between that I am missing. It actually scares me a little bit. In just a few more years the music I like will be extremely old. I mean I listen to 80’s now. That’ Almost thirty years ago. Goldie oldies are just a 20 yrs different and I listen to that too. I just Cant believe that all that stuff has happened. What I truly cant believe is that is actually went by so quickly. I guess I am starting to realize I am actually 19 yrs old. It sounds weird but….I cant believe the memories I have are memories and how those days went by so fast when they feel like they happened yesterday.

I’ve been doing a lot of thinking and soul searching lately, and I’ve realized that I am absolutely, without a doubt, completely and totally addicted to “firsts.” The first time you find out for sure that someone’s into you.

It is very sad but true, I miss my first love. The truth of the matter is, there isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t think about him. Sometimes our monthsarry date will show up on the calendar.. It’s Crazy! What’s even crazier is I don’t believe there are coincidences, and everything happens for a reason. I am a very straight forward person, and I fear nothing. But to confront him; tell him how I really feel, I couldn’t do it. So now I’m a million miles from home..wandering about the new place and meet new people. But, I still miss my first love. I’m still in communications with him, he’s still my friend.

I started to make blogs 8 months ago. Before, I never have any interest in doing this stuff. I can’t even write an essay whenever I am asked to do it in school. My friend, Sally, was the one who encouraged me in doing so. What makes me interest with this is because I can earn money from it. Yeah…I may sound silly but it is the only thing that motivates me from doing this. In a good way, blogging really helped me a lot. Not just because of the money I earned but as well as my proper way of using English. I’m not so comfortable with my “English” especially in writing…maybe I am comfortable enough when it comes to speaking. Blogging helps me to develop my English skills; that’s the biggest point for me. It also helped me to express my thoughts. And I discovered many things about the internet stuff. Yeah, those freaky codes that goes around with your site. I need to understand those so that I can do better things for my site like customizing or personalizing it, installing widgets and linking sites from my page. But behind on my blogging hobby, one thing that really depreciates for me was to my health. I’ve been facing the computer all day long and sometimes, I almost forgot to eat my meals on time. I become unconscious with the time. And a lot of tasks inside the house were left behind. Hehehe… I am now an internet addict. Whhheeewww…just a sort of. Hehehe.

The most common factors believed to contribute to type 2 diabetes have always been too much food and too little exercise. However, sleep deprivation seems to also play a role in abnormal glucose metabolism.

According to a study published in the December issue of the journal SLEEP, subjects who reported sleeping five or fewer hours each night were significantly more likely to have diabetes over the follow-up period compared to subjects who reported sleeping seven hours. These findings held true even after the researchers adjusted for variables such as physical activity, depression, alcohol consumption, ethnicity, education, marital status, age, obesity and history of hypertension.
